Welcome to 242 Pizza. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 242pizzaco.com and your purchases and bookings with 242 Pizza LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing a booking or order, you agree to these Terms.

Allergen & Food Safety Notice

Our pizzas and other menu items are prepared in a mobile kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), dairy, pork, meat products, and other common allergens. While allergen tags on our menu identify major ingredients, all items are prepared on shared equipment and surfaces, and cross-contact between allergens is possible. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. None of our items are gluten-free. If you or a guest has a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering — but if the allergy is severe, we recommend not consuming our food. Consuming raw or undercooked ingredients may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Menu, Pricing & Photos

• Menu items, ingredients, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order or in your written catering quote is the price that applies.
• Food photography on this site is illustrative; actual items may vary in appearance.
• Applicable sales tax is added to orders as required by Florida law.

Catering Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

• A booking is confirmed only when we have provided a written quote and any required deposit has been received.
• Deposit amounts, balances, payment schedules, and refund terms are stated in your written quote or catering agreement, which governs your event.
• If severe weather or circumstances beyond our control (road closures, equipment failure, natural events) prevent us from safely serving your event, we will work with you to reschedule or refund payments for services not delivered. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
• Guest counts, event times, and locations must be accurate; significant changes may adjust the quoted price.

Online Orders

Online payments are processed by Square. Orders are confirmed when payment is accepted. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund it in full. Please review your order carefully — orders already in preparation may not be cancellable.

All content on this website — including text, logos, photos, and design — is owned by or licensed to 242 Pizza LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
